Records pertain to division and sale of land in the original Macomb Purchase owned by the Constable family and include land patent of the Macomb Purchase, 1787; an 1879 copy of Moses Wright's field book for Town No. 3, 1798; field book of village lots at Lyons Falls by William R. Wadsworth, 1859; survey books for lots in Towns of Turin, High Market, and Lewis giving owners' names with notes about the history of the lot, 1797-1899; one volume containing copies of deeds to Constable lands sold in West Turin, 1861-1882; and miscellaneous deeds, 1797-1903.
